Our final retreat of the season at Llanberis Retreats arrived with a sense of calm, the kind that invites everyone to slow down and simply be. The atmosphere was so gentle that our cameras stayed mostly tucked away. It felt important to give people the space they needed to rest without the pressure of documenting the experience.

Summer Solstice Retreat Day
What a joy to gather on Sunday for our Summer Solstice Retreat Day at Tyddyn Siarl. We shared nourishing movement, wild swimming and sauna time at Llyn Padarn, a vibrant seasonal feast (hello, berry-packed summer pudding!), creative mindfulness practices, and deep rest to round off the day.
Autumn Mountain Rest Retreat 2024 - The practice of Self-care!
We were delighted to host our second Autumn Mountain Rest Yoga Retreat of 2024 this September in Llanberis. Hosted by husband and wife team yoga teacher Helen and retreat chef Dave, who were joined by good friend Lois Carty sports massage therapist and organised a trip to Sauna Wales on Anglesey for a rejuvenating morning combining sauna and sea. This was a weekend for self-care!
