Spring Mountain Rest Retreat: Awakening to Self

Joined by friends Hattie Parker & Angharad Pelling.

  • Surrounded by nature and the stunning backdrop of Snowdonia National Park enjoy the possibilities of yoga, sound healing and nature immersions as therapeutic, uplifting and restorative.

    From posture work to sound, stillness and the landscape, you will be transformed by this experiential weekend as we provide you with the space to reconnect, rest deeply and find greater comfort and joy in being ‘you’.

    Gathering with you:

    Helen is experienced in teaching yoga to all. From community classes to pregnancy yoga and yoga for the menopause. Helen is a yoga educator for Yoga Campus and enjoys helping people therapeutically in 121 sessions. Helen teaches an approach to yoga that is student-led, compassionate and creative.

    Joining us for this retreat are: Hattie Parker and Angharad Pelling.

    A half day guided hike into the mountainous landscape will be facilitated by mountain leader and wilderness guide Hattie Parker, who will also include grounding, connecting and self-exploration exercises throughout the weekend, which will help you to awaken the connection with yourself and with nature.

    A deeply rejuvenating and inspiring sound healing bath will be provided by visual artist, sound and yoga practitioner Angharad Pelling. Angharad will guide you through a truly immersive event to include intention setting, and sound frequency allowing for optimal healing opportunities.

    Plus you will have time to form a community as we gather around the dinner table each day to enjoy seasonally prepared food.

  • The day will be hosted by husband and wife duo Helen and Dave, who will ensure everything runs smoothly and the kettle is boiling at the right time!

    All of the food is freshly cooked and prepared on site, with your dietary needs catered for. All meals will be seasonally inspired, sustainably sourced where possible and vegetarian with vegan options available.

    If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know before the event.

    Day 1:

    • Arrivals from Midday

    • Light refreshments and soup on arrival

    • 1.30pm Welcome circle

    • 2-5pm Guided hike & grounding practices with Hattie

    • 5.30pm Yoga with Helen

    • 7pm Supper

    • 8.30-9.30pm Yoga and meditation with Helen

    Day 2:

    • 8am-9am Energising morning yoga practice

    • 9am Breakfast

    • 10-12.30pm Morning nature and wilderness practice

    • 1pm Lunch

    • Free time

    • 4-6.30pm Yoga and Sound bath

    • 7pm - Supper

    • 8.30-9.30pm - Outdoors fire circle, sharing and meditation

  • All of the food is freshly cooked and prepared on site, with all of your dietary needs catered for. All meals will be seasonally inspired, responsibly sourced where available with vegan options available on request.

  • 2 x double rooms shared bathroom (sleep up to 2, single supplement in place) Both double rooms are sold out for this retreat.

    During warmer months we can accommodate up to 10 people with the help of our garden bell tent. When temperatures drop we lower the overnight numbers to 8.

    You can arrive and stay a night early on the Thursday which includes breakfast and a morning Yoga session. Please add this to your booking.

  • We ask that you consider access to the studio space which is taken via a set of stairs. Please be aware of this. At this current time we do not offer wheelchair access.

    • Event bookings are non-transferable

    • Please get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason

    • Retreats require a minimum of 4 or more people. If we’re unable to run the retreat due to fewer bookings, you’ll receive a full refund

    • If we have to cancel the retreat due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, you’ll receive a full refund

    • If you decide to pay a deposit this is non-refundable

Autumn Mountain Rest Retreat: The practice of self-care

    Practice self-care:

    From ancient practices adapted for modern life, expect accessible, creative posture and breath work, learn the art of self-massage, and experience deep transformation through sound healing and connections with nature.

    Included in this retreat is a morning on Anglesey enjoying the revitalising qualities of sauna and sea with the delightful Sauna Wales.
